The Research & Evidence Translation Unit drives context-specific data generation to inform policy, programming, and advocacy. This team conducts health systems research, monitors program outcomes, and ensures that data is used to shape better health responses. Volunteers here work on protocol design, analysis, literature reviews, and knowledge translation tools.

Our Training & Capacity Building Unit supports learning and leadership development across the health workforce. This team creates toolkits, workshops, and learning platforms that strengthen skills at all levels of health engagement. Roles in this unit include instructional design, program support, content creation, and digital learning facilitation.

The Project Development Unit translates evidence into action. This team leads the design and implementation of health initiatives rooted in community needs and system priorities. Volunteers contribute to program design, partner engagement, planning, logistics, and documentation across various public health focus areas.

Our Digital Engagement & Communications Team leads PBHI’s public-facing storytelling. This unit designs and executes campaigns, social content, and media strategies that amplify our mission and engage diverse audiences. From writing to design, video editing to digital strategy, this team ensures PBHI’s voice is heard across platforms.
