Key responsibilities

  • Co-manage daily operations of PBHI's social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Build and maintain platform-specific content calendars aligned with our editorial vision
  • Analyse engagement metrics weekly and propose actionable insights
  • Support global campaigns and awareness days
  • Maintain brand consistency in captions, tone, visuals, and responses
  • Engage with followers, partner platforms, and collaborators
  • Improve automation and scheduling with tools like Buffer, Notion, and Metricool

Requirements

  • Experience managing public-facing accounts for a health, development, or advocacy brand
  • Fluency in visual storytelling and platform algorithms
  • Proficiency with Meta Suite, Canva, Notion, and Buffer
  • Ability to turn analytics into strategy
  • High responsiveness and commitment to daily time blocks
  • Minimum 1 year of professional, volunteer, or academic experience related to public health or digital engagement
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
