Powered by Health Initiative (PBHI) is a public health organisation working across Africa. You can contact us about privacy at info@poweredbyhealthinitiative.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, for example when you contact us, request a consultation, register for a webinar, apply to volunteer, or subscribe to our newsletter. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role, country, and the content of your message.

Our website may also collect basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.

To deliver programmes, webinars, and certificates you register for.

To process volunteer applications.

To send updates you have asked to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Where you give consent, anonymised programme information may be used for research and advocacy. It will never identify you.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our work (for example email and hosting providers), with partners where you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@poweredbyhealthinitiative.com. Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act may give you further rights.
